Retired National School Teacher.

"Padua", Cloughduv, Crookstown, Co Cork, & formerly of Aughamore, Tarmon,

Co Leitrim.

Mary passed away peacefully in Cork University Hospital on Saturday March 15th 2025.

Much Loved Mother of Damian & Garry. She will be sadly missed also by her grandsons Dáire, Oisín & Senan, her brother Gerry O'Rourke (Santry, Dublin), her sister Agnes McTiernan (Swords, Dublin), her daughter in law Ger (Faughnan), her nieces , nephews and her many good friends.

Predeceased by her husband Daniel (Dan) and her sister Philomena (Mena) Holohan, late of Minard, Sligo Road, Longford.

Reposing in Fitz-Gerald’s Funeral Home, Macroom (P12KX79) on Tuesday from 5.00pm 7.00pm with prayers. Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 2.30pm in

St Joseph’s Church, Cloughduv.(P14VX33) and can be viewed on
https://sites.google.com/view/life-is-a-river/home .Funeral afterwards to St.Finbarr’s Cemetery, Kilmurry. Family Flowers only, Donations to Marymount would be welcomed.
