Mary Josephine Sheridan
(née Benson)
SHERIDAN, Mary Josephine (née Benson), (Lucan, Co. Dublin and formerly of Riverstown, Co. Sligo) March 4th, 2026 (peacefully) at Connolly Hospital, after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late James, dear mother of Ciara, Noel, Vivienne and Deirdre, grandmother of Lauren, Conor, Orla, Finn, Darragh, Aoife, Eve, Ava, Eoin and Luke and sister of Rosaleen, Kathleen, Frankie, Pat, Patricia, Eileen and the late Kevin, Michael and Gerry. Sadly missed by her loving son, daughters, sisters, brothers, grandchildren, sons-in-law Gabriel, Colm and Cathal, daughter-in-law Carmel, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Removal to St. Mary’s Church, Lucan on Friday evening (March 6th) arriving at 5.30pm. Funeral Mass at 10.00am on Saturday morning (March 7th) followed by burial in Esker Lawn Cemetery. Josephine’s Funeral Mass may be viewed online (live only) by following this LINK.
