FORKIN - (née Finn), Mary Kate.
(St. Michael's Close, Blackburn, England and late of Slievemore, Cloontia, Ballymote, Co. Sligo) January 13th, 2026 - (peacefully) in hospital surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her husband John, sons Sean and Danny her sister Bridget and parents Tom Jack Finn and Mary Phillips. She will be so sadly missed and fondly remembered by her daughter Caroline and son Tom, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, 12 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and many friends.
