Mary Kennedy
(née Kearns)

The death has occurred of Mary Kennedy (née Kearns), Palmerstown, Dublin and
formerly Carrowkilleen, Co. Mayo, who passed away peacefully on July 20th, 2024 at
Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown.

Beloved wife of Martin (Predeceased) and much loved mother to Noel, Declan and
Elaine, son-in-law Stephen and daughters-in-law Karen and Karen. Wonderful
grandmother to Gillian, Nicole, Adam, Orla, Emer, Evan, Aileen and Eoin.
Predeceased by her brothers Marty, Frank, Mikey and Johnny and sisters-in-law
Beryl, Winnie and Evelyn. She will be forever remembered by her brother Donal and
sisters-in-law Hilary, Ann, Patricia, Anna and Margaret.
Mary will be deeply missed by her nieces, nephews, friends and wonderful
neighbours in Palmerstown.

The family especially wishes to thank the kind staff at Connolly Hospital and the
home carers who made it possible for her to live independently.
Mary will repose at the family home on Tuesday 23rd July from 6pm to 8pm.
Funeral cortege will leave the family residence on Wednesday morning to St Philomena’s Church,
Palmerstown for Requiem Mass at 10am. House private in the morning.
