Mary passed away peacefully at her home in the presence of her loving family on Wednesday, 8th October, 2025.

Beloved wife of the late Willie, much loved mother of Gráinne (Lynch, The Ironmines), Fergal and Niamh (Walsh, Ballybrack), cherished grandmother of Liam, Maeve, Locky, Aela and Joe.

Sadly missed by her sons-in-law David and Michael, her adored brothers and sisters, their spouses, nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours, exceptional carers and many friends.

May Mary Rest In Peace

Reposing at her house in Bishopsgate, Watergrasshill (T56 V566) on Thursday afternoon from 3.00pm to 7.00pm, followed by Prayers.

Requiem Mass on this Friday at 12.00 noon in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Watergrasshill, after which Mary will be laid to rest beside her beloved Willie in Ballinaltig Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the Bon Secours Hospital, Cork, Mallow General Hospital, Bridhaven Nursing Home, Mallow, Marymount Home Care team and the wonderful home carers Edit, Margaret and Liz for the kindness and care shown to their mother.
