MARY LAVELLE
(née Mc Geady)

Mary Lavelle (nee Mc Geady) Dooagh, Achill, Co. Mayo – peacefully after a long illness surrounded by her loving family at Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar on 25th July 2024.

Predeceased by her parents Mary and Danny Mc Geady and brother John.

Deeply mourned and lovingly remembered by her devoted husband Marty, daughter Tara, sons Edward and Martin, sisters Patsy-Anne and Kathleen,

daughters-in-law Yvonne and Paula, son-in-law Barry, her adored grandchildren Luna, Eden, Fintan, Cathal, Shane and Bella, uncle John Gielty, cousins, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law (Olive and Ann), brothers-in-law, extended family, and a huge circle of friends.

May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Mary will repose at Lavelle’s funeral home, Cashel, Achill (F28 Y0H9) on Sunday 28th July 2024 from 6pm to 7.30pm with removal to St. Patrick's Church, Pollagh, (after firstly stopping at her childhood family home in Keel West, Dooagh).

Funeral Mass on Monday 29th July 2024 at 11am with burial afterwards in Slievemore Cemetery.

House private to close family members and friends.
