Mary Mac Sweeney
(née Cunningham)
On June 11, 2022 Mary died peacefully at home with her dearly loved family by her side. Dearly beloved wife of the late Micheál and much-loved mother of Denise, Gary, Deirdre, Donard and Ross. Mourned and sadly missed by her sons and daughters, sister Gertie, son-in-law Said, daughter-in-law Emer, Deirdre’s partner Brendan, Breege her devoted carer and friend, her loving grandchildren, extended family, wonderful neighbours and friends.
Reposing at the O’Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, on Monday, 13 June, from 2.00 p.m. with removal at 3.30 p.m. to the Church of Christ the King, Salthill, to arrive at 4 p.m. approximately.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Mary on Tuesday, 14 June, at 12 noon and following Mass she will be laid to rest in Rahoon Cemetery. Live streaming link for Mass
