MARY (MAI) O' CONNOR
(née FOLEY)

O’Connor, Mary (Mai) Née Foley of Curravagha, Glencar and formerly of Upper Laugher, Glencar. On October 21st Mai passed away peacefully, at UHK following a short illness, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her husband Paddy and son Paddy.

Mai will be greatly missed by her son Johnny. Daughters Joan, Margaret, Noreen and Maura. Grandchildren Clara, Pádraig, Meadhbh, Sarah, Emma, Lena, Eva, Cora, Kieran, Siobhán, Kayla and Seán. Best Nana-Nana to her great-grandchildren Mai, Ger, Ruadh, Sadhbh, Ted and Ella. Mai will be deeply missed by her daughter-in-law Kathy. sons-in-law Ger Flynn, Pat Cronin and Pat Looney, all her relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing Thursday evening at Flynn's Funeral Home Killorglin V93PK66 from 5pm - 7pm

Funeral arriving Friday morning to St. Stephen's Church Glencar for Requiem Mass at 12 noon.

Burial afterwards in Incharue Cemetery, Glencar.

 

Mai's Family would like to thank all the staff in Muckross Ward UHK for the great care given
to Mai and to also thank Mai’s wonderful home help.
