Mary (May) Flanagan (née Flanagan)

Stonepark, Elphin, Co. Roscommon and late of Dooneen, Ballinameen.

 

13th May, 1931 – 7th May, 2025.

 

Peacefully, in her 94th year, surrounded by her family, in the loving and exceptional care of the management and staff of Drumderrig Nursing Home, Boyle. Predeceased by her beloved husband Michael, her brother Eamon and sisters Beatrice and Rita and her niece Anne Beirne. May will be very sadly missed and fondly remembered by her daughter Marie McGreevy, son-in-law Jim, siblings Gertie, Tommy and Attracta, her grandchildren Tara, Finbar and Enda, her great grandchildren, sister-in-law Bridie, nieces, nephews, relatives, many friends and great neighbours.

 

May she rest in peace.

 

Reposing at Brady's Funeral Home, Elphin on Friday (May 9th) from 6pm to 7.30pm. Removal on Saturday to St. Patrick’s Church, Elphin arriving for Funeral Mass at 2pm. May will be laid to rest afterwards in Caldra Cemetery (via Windmill Road).

 

Funeral Mass is available to watch on Church webcam https://www.churchtv.ie/elphin/ and to listen to locally on Church Radio 106.6FM.
