McCann (née Hanley), Mary (May), August 5th, 2023, Drimnagh, formerly from St. Teresa’s Gardens. Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the staff of St. James’s Hospital. Predeceased by her beloved husband Christy and son Mark. Loving mother to Tina, Eddie, Linda, Celine, Georgie, Gary, Niall, Melissa, Mandy and Jonathon. Mary will be forever loved and sadly missed by her loving family, sisters, Peggy, Bernie, Marion, brothers, Pat, Willie, Vincent, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and her many friends.
May Mary’s gentle soul Rest in Peace.
Reposing at her home on Thursday (August 10th) from 4pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Friday (August 11th) at 10 o’clock in St. Teresa’s Church, Donore Avenue followed by burial to Mount Jerome Cemetery. To view Mary’s Funeral Mass, please click here.
