It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary (May) Phelan Bellevue, Mullinahone, Thurles, Co. Tipperary October 3rd 2025 in her 101st year peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of South Tipperary General Hospital Clonmel surrounded by her loving family. Pre-deceased by her husband Martin.

Deeply regretted by her loving family sons Larry, Edmond and Jim daughters Eily, Kathleen and Carmel daughters-in-law Ann and Rena sons-in-law Gerry and Darragh grand-children, great-grand-children, nieces, nephews,sister, brothers, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Mary will be fondly remembered by many.

Reposing in Brett's Funeral Home Mullinahone (E41EV78) on Sunday October 5th from 5pm with removal at 7pm to St Michael's Church Kickham Street, Mullinahone .

Requiem Mass on Monday October 6th at 11:30am in St Michael's Church Mullinahone followed by burial afterwards in St Michael's Cemetery Killaghy, Mullinahone

The family would like to express their sincere thanks to all those who cared for Mary throughout her illness and to those who have given such wonderful care and shown us such kindness at this time especially her long time carer Phyllis. It is much appreciated.​​​​​​
