It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our dear Mother, Mary Mc Carthy, (nee Dore), RIP, of Ducateen, Newcastle West, Co. Limerick.

Mary passed suddenly and peacefully at her home on the 9th of September 2025.

Mary is predeceased by her devoted husband Paddy, RIP, and loving daughter Esther, RIP. Her parents James and Mary Dore RIP.

Mary will be forever missed by her sons James and PJ. Daughters Marie (Blessing), Margaret (McCoy), and Helen (Shea),

Sons-in-law, Tom, Alan, and Christopher. Daughters-in-law Rosaleen and Edith. Grandchildren and great grandchildren cousins’ relatives, neighbours and a large circle of fantastic friends.

May the light of Heaven shine brightly upon Mary's soul.

Reposing at her home in Ducateen, Newcastle West, V42 K152, on Sunday 14th of September from 3pm to 6pm.

Requiem Holy Mass will be celebrated, at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Newcastle West on Monday 15th of September, at 11:30am, with burial afterwards in Calvary Cemetery.
