Mary McAssey (née Kelly) 118 St. Clare’s Road, Graiguecullen, Carlow, February 18th 2026 in the gentle care of Hillview Nursing Home, surrounded by her loving daughters. Beloved wife of the late Noel and much loved mother of Mary-Clare, Christene and Cornelia (Connie). Sadly missed by her loving daughters, sister Connie Redmond, sons-in-law Ray and Michael, grandson Conor, great-gran-daughter Freya, brother-in-law Donie, sister-in-law Eavan, Conor’s partner Shauna, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Predeceased by her brothers Ned and Berto.

Reposing in R. Healy & Son Funeral Home, Pollerton Castle, Carlow R93 H308 on Friday (Feb 20th) from 4pm concluding with prayers at 7pm. Walking from her home on Saturday morning at 10.45am to St. Clare’s Church, Graiguecullen to arrive for funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
