Mary McCarthy

McCarthy (Brookfield House, Tullyland, Bandon and late of Caheragh) on October 28th 2024, peacefully in Cork University Hospital. Mary (nee Healy), beloved wife of the late Jimmy and dear mother of Jane, Pat, Ann (O'Sullivan), Carmel (Crowley), Tony and Stephen, and sister of the late Peggy.

Sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law Anthony and Connie, daughters-in-law Stephanie and Olympie, grandchildren Deirdre, Michelle, Kenny, Jamie, Christopher, Gerard, Carina, Nicole, Jack and Katie, great-grandson Alex, nieces, nephew, sisters-in-law, Deirdre's husband Timothy, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Mary will be lying in repose at Gabriel and O'Donovan's Funeral Home, Bandon on Wednesday from 8pm followed by prayers at 9.30pm.

Requiem Mass on Thursday at 11am in St. Patrick's Church, Bandon which will be livestreamed on www.bandonparish.ie/live/, funeral afterwards to the adjoining Cemetery.
