Mary McCARTHY
(née Kavanagh)
McCarthy, Mary (née Kavanagh) (Knocklyon, Dublin) peacefully in her sleep, on the 1st March 2026. Beloved wife of the late Brian and loving Mum to Siobhan, Fiona, Niamh, Eimear, Caitríona and Aisling. Sadly missed by her loving daughters, sons-in-law Jeff, Mark, John and Chris, her 20 adoring grandchildren, great-grandson, sister Pat, brother-in-law Dermot, sisters-in-law Florrie, Joan, Kay ands Angie, nieces, nephews, extended family , wonderful neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Mary will be reposing on Friday evening from 5pm – 7pm at her family home. Removal on Saturday morning to St. Colmcille’s Church, Knocklyon arriving for 11am funeral mass, followed by burial in Mount Venus Cemetery, Rathfarnham.
