The death has occurred of Mary McCarthy of Abbott Close Askeaton, formerly of Plunkett Rd Askeaton. Mary passed away peacefully on 7th March 2023 in the care of UHL. Prior to that Mary was in the care of the wonderful staff of Abbott Close. Predeceased by her loving brother Seanie, Mary will be sadly missed by her sisters Kathleen and Bernadette her nephew Harry and niece Elizabeth, family and friends.

Reposing at Kieran Madigans Funeral Home, Askeaton V94 K598 on Thursday, 9th March, from 6pm to 7pm. Arriving at St Mary’s Church, Askeaton for Requiem Mass on Friday, 10th March, at 12 noon, followed by burial in St Mary’s Church Graveyard, Church Street, Askeaton V94 EA03.
