The death has occurred of Mary (Mamie) McClafferty (née McDonagh) of Oranswell, Bushypark, Galway, formerly of Knockferry.
Mary passed away suddenly at University Hospital Galway, on the 23rd of March. She is predeceased by her mother and father, Nellie and Thomas, infant brother Joseph and brothers Noel and Séamus.
Deeply mourned and forever loved by her husband, Hugh, daughters Evelyn, Aoife, Caoimhe and sons Hughie, Aonghus and Cian. Sadly missed by her sister Bríd (Tomkins) and her brothers Frank, Michael and Vincent, her son-in-law, Bernie and daughters-in-law Lisa, Kristine and Breanne. Forever adored by her grandchildren, Hugo, Charlie, Noah, Cillian, Hannah and Drew, along with relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Mary’s home - Oranswell, Bushypark, Galway (H91RKC9), on Monday the 27th of March, from 12pm until 8pm. Arriving for Requiem Mass, on Tuesday 28th of March, at 12 noon at St. James’ Church, Bushypark. Burial afterwards, in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Croí.
