Mary McDermott
(née Dennehy)
Mary D. McDermott (née Dennehy) Riverside Avenue, Roscommon Town. March 25th, 2023. (Peacefully); surrounded by her loving family and in the devoted care of the staff at the Sacred Heart Home, Roscommon. She will be deeply missed by her much loved husband Harry, son Neil, daughter Emer, their partners Annette and Brendan, grandson Harry, brother Jack, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends.
Mary is predeceased by her brothers Ollie, Frank and Pat.
May Mary rest in peace.
Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon F42 NH27 on Monday evening from 5 o’c until 6.30 o’c. Removal from the Funeral Home on Tuesday morning at 10.30 o’c arriving to the Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 o’c. Burial afterwards in Derrane Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Sacred Heart Home Patient’s Comfort Fund. For those wishing to offer their sympathies, we suggest using the online condolence link below.
