Mary McDonnell

Mary McDonnell, Pullathomas, Ballina, Co. Mayo, peacefully after a short illness at Mayo Hospice on the 2nd October 2024, in the presence of her loving family.

 

Predeceased by her parents Pat and Mary, sisters Tina Conway (Castlebar), Kathleen Gallagher (Castlebar) and Peggy (Sligo), brothers John (Glenamoy) and Pat (Bangor Erris), grandchildren Keith and Patrick Moran (Pullathomas), nephew Patrick (Bangor Erris).

 

Mary will be sadly missed by her loving daughters Sadie and Patricia, sons-in-law Matt and Keith. Her adored grandchildren Adam, Taylor, Ryan, Ava and Conor. Her sisters and brother Bridie Lally (Ballyglass), Christy (Cahersiveen, Co. Kerry), Lilly Walker (Tallagh) and Bernie (Pullathomas), brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Remains will repose at her home in Pullathomas, Co. Mayo (F26 XT93) on Friday afternoon (4th October) from 3pm to 7pm. House strictly private at all other times. Mary’s funeral cortege will depart from her home on Saturday (5th October) at 12.30pm to arrive at Christ the King Church, Aughoose for Funeral Mass at 1pm. Interment will take place afterwards in Pullathomas Cemetery.
