Mary McGrath
(née McGrath)
Mary McGrath (née McGrath) (better known as Mamie John Rua), Rossport South, Ballina, Co. Mayo, in the tender and loving care of Áras Deirbhle Nursing Home, Belmullet in her 101st Year on 14th October 2020.
Predeceased by her husband John, son John Patrick, grandchildren Valerie and Jonathan, brothers Seán, Tony, Michéal and sister Lena. She will be fondly remembered by her loving family – daughters Breege (Birmingham), Mary (Manchester), Eveleen (Dublin), Sheila(Attycunnane, Belmullet), son Tony (Co. Leitrim), sons in law, daughters in law, sisters Sr. Veronica (Perth, Australia), Peggy (New Jersey, U.S.A.), Anne (California, U.S.A.) and Sheila (Scotland), grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, great-greatgrandchild, nephews, nieces, relatives, her dear friend Noreen Timlin, kind neighbours and many friends.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Cornboy at 12 O’Clock followed by burial in Cornboy Cemetery. In keeping with current Government advice and H.S.E. guidelines regarding public gatherings, Mary’s funeral will be private for family, neighbours and close friends only. The family appreciate your understanding at this difficult time.
