(née Cassidy)
Mary McHugh (née Cassidy), Sharon Avenue, Browneshill Road, Carlow and originally of Charlestown, Co. Mayo, December 19th 2025, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family in her 90th year.
Beloved wife of the late Michael and dearest mother of Fiona (Galway), Michael (Antrim), Fergal (Carlow), Aidan (Wicklow) and the late John (Carlow). Sadly missed by her loving daughter, sons, sisters Bernie, Patricia and Imelda, daughters-in-law Donna, Orlaith, Kate and Claire, her 11 adored grandchildren Michael Óg, Cora, Gemma, Seán, David, Doireann, Aoibhíonn, Clíodhna, Joseph, Laura and Daragh, sister-in-law Mary, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. Predeceased by her siblings Concie, Angela and Joe.
May Mary Rest in Peace.
Reposing at her home on Sunday (Dec 21st) from 2pm to 6pm. Funeral Mass on Monday at 11am in St. Mary’s Church, Bennekerry R93 RD36. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
