Mary O’ Connor née Mc Cabe, Congress Avenue, Drogheda and formerly of The Dale. 15th February 2026. Peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital surrounded by her loving family in her 82nd year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Bernard (Barney), mother Kate, brother Martin and aunt Maggie. Beloved mother of Serena, Elaine, Martin, Donal and Thomas. Mary will be very sadly missed by her sons and daughters, sons-in-law Trevor and Tom, Martins partner Siobhan, her adored grandchildren Saoirse, Freya and Robyn, and her loyal and much-loved dog Taz, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, good neighbours and friends.

 

May Mary’s Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing at Townley’s Funeral Home, Crosslanes, Drogheda Co. Louth A92 XN75 on Tuesday from 4pm until 7pm. Funeral cortege leaving Congress Avenue at 10.30am walking to St. Mary’s Church, James Street, Drogheda for Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 11am which can be viewed live at www.stmarysdrogheda.ie with burial afterwards in Calvary Cemetery.
