Mary O'Callaghan (née Bennett)

Bregoge, Buttevant and formerly of Garryduff, Ballyclough.

Mary passed away peacefully at University Hospital Limerick (UHL) on Monday, November 10th 2025, in her 94th year.

Beloved wife of the late Henry and much loved mother of Joan (Harrington), son-in-law Dermot and cherished grandmother of Diarmuid and Ronan.

Sadly missed by her loving family, sister-in-law Mary, nephew Ultan, nieces Melita and Adeline, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.

May Mary Rest in Peace

Reposing in O'Keeffe's Funeral Home, Bank Place, Buttevant (P51 N2NP) on Thursday evening from 5:30pm to 7:00pm, followed by Prayers and Reception into St. Mary's Church, Buttevant.

Requiem mass on Friday at 2:00pm, after which Mary will be laid to rest in St. Brigid's Cemetery, Buttevant.

The family would like to thank the staff at Charleville Nursing Home and University Hospital Limerick (UHL) for the kindness and care shown to Mary.
