Mary O'Callaghan
(née Delaney)

Mary O’Callaghan nee Delaney of Woodlee and formerly Ballyvelly, Tralee, Co. Kerry, died peacefully on the 19th of August 2025, after a short but unexpected illness, dear wife of Richard (Dick), loving mother of Louise, Jean, Richard and Kenneth and sister of Kathleen (Kate). Mary is predeceased by her parents; Cecil and Hannah and her brothers John, Cecil Joseph, and Paddy.

 

Sadly missed by her loving family, her adored grandchildren Tessa, Larry and Seán, her children’s partners Colin, Paul and Dave, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and many, many dear friends.

 

Reposing at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee, on Wednesday (20th August) from 6 to 8pm. Funeral arriving to Our Lady and St. Brendan’s Church, Tralee on Thursday morning at 10am where the Requiem Mass for Mary will be celebrated at 10.30am.
