The death has occurred of
Mary O'Connell
O’CONNELL (Formerly of Dunedin, Ballinlough Road, Cork): On September 7th, 2025, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family and the exceptional staff at Riverview, Cope Foundation, Montenotte, MARY, predeceased by her beloved parents Sonny and Margaret (Peg), her brother Fr. Dan O’Connell and her sister Carrie Miller.
Mary will be deeply missed by her loving brothers Michael and Frank, her cherished nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, relatives and her many dear friends in Glasheen, Vicars Road, and Riverview.
Reposing at Riverview Chapel, Cope Foundation, Montenotte on Tuesday (September 9th) from 5.00pm with prayers at 6:30pm.
Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Wednesday (September 10th) in the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes, Ballinlough which can be viewed
Funeral afterwards to St. Finbarr’s Cemetery.
