The death has occurred of
Mary O'Donovan
(née Cunningham)
O’DONOVAN (Cahirbeg, Rosscarbery and formerly of Ballincoursey, Timoleague): On January 14th 2025 peacefully, in the presence of her family and in the wonderful care of the staff at Bantry General Hospital. MARY (nee Cunningham) beloved wife and best friend of Jerry, much loved mother of Louise, Aisling and Aidan, dearly loved daughter of Julia and the late Jackie. Sadly missed by her loving husband, daughters and their partners Petey and Eoghan, son, mother, sisters Teresa and Eithne, brothers Jerry and Martin, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, first cousin Helen, relatives, kind neighbours and very dear friends.
Reposing in O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Clonakilty on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 1.30pm to 4pm followed by Prayers. Requiem Mass on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1pm in Rosscarbery Parish Church. Funeral afterwards to Lisavaird Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the Doctors and staff at Rosscarbery Medical Centre, the management and staff at Rosscarbery Pharmacy, the Doctors, Nurses, care assistants and staff at Bantry General Hospital, the National Ambulance Service Crews and wonderful home helps for the care shown to Mary.
