O’DRISCOLL (Gortnalour, Oileán Cléire): On August 14th 2021 peacefully in the loving care of the staff of Care Choice Macroom and previously in Cara House, Skibbereen. MARY (nee Burke) on the eve of her 93rd birthday, predeceased by her husband P.T., daughter Cáit, son-in-law Donal and grandson Ciarán. Deeply mourned by her daughter Máire, sons, Timothy, Ciarán and Pádraig, daughters-in-law Eileen, Adrienne and Siobhán, 15 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, sister Jo, brother-in-law Joseph, sister-in-law Breeda, nephews, niece, wonderful neighbours, relatives and friends.

Under HSE and Government Guidelines a private funeral will take place.

Mary’s Funeral Cortege will leave Hurley & O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Skibbereen on Sunday, August 15th  2021 at 1pm proceeding to Baltimore Pier for ferry sailing at 2pm. Private Requiem Mass on Monday, August 16th 2021 at 1pm in St. Ciarán’s Church, Cape Clear, Burial afterwards in St. Ciarán’s Cemetery. (Ferry sailing will leave Baltimore Pier on Monday, August 16th 2021 at 10.45am and returning same day at 4pm and 6pm). Please adhere to Government Guidelines on social distancing if standing along the route.
