MARY O’GRADY (née Dinneen) Broomfield West, Midleton and formerly of Ballyknock, Ballynoe. On May 17th 2024 peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the tender care of the staff at the Mercy University Hospital, Cork.

Beloved wife of the late John, loving mother of Áine, Síle, Nóirín, Tomás, Micheál and the late Pádraig Seán. Sadly missed by her loving family, grandchildren Éabha, Cían, Michaela, Seán, Hannah, Lucí, Thomas, Martin, Peter, Katelyn and Jake, sons-in-law Mike, Adrian and Will, Micheál’s partner Magda, brothers Mike, Bill and Tom, sisters-in-law Margaret, Chris and Deda, brother-in-law Ray and his wife Maura, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Mary’s family would like to acknowledge the Doctors, nurses and staff of the Mercy University Hospital for the exemplary care given to Mary and the family during her time in their care.

Mary will repose at her daughter Síle’s home at Broomfield East, Midleton on Monday 20th from 4pm-7pm.

Due to local road closures, access to the house from the town is ONLY via the Dungourney Road and onwards up Kathleen Doyle’s Hill following the signpost for The Paddocks.

Reception into the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Midleton on Tuesday 21st for 11am Requiem Mass followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Mass will be available to view live on the Parish TV Saorview Channel and on www.midletonparish.ie
