Mary O'Leary

It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Mary O' Leary on Friday 17th April 2026 peacefully in Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.

May her gentle soul rest in eternal peace.

Mary is pre-deceased by her parents Margaret and Joseph, her brothers John and Jody and her sister Ann. Mary will be sadly missed and loved by her devoted husband William, her children, Michael (Lorraine), Christina, William (Mary), Margaret (Ricky), Christopher (Rose), Una (Enda), John (Maread), Francie (Christina), Carmel (Darren), Bernadette (Conor), her 24 grandchildren and her 7 great grandchildren. Mary will be fondly remembered by her sisters, nephews, nieces, many friends and neighbours.

Mary will be reposing at her family home, tomorrow Saturday the 18th April, Sunday 19th and Monday 20th each evening from 4pm - 9pm, house private on Tuesday morning for family time only. Mary's funeral mass will take place at 11am on Tuesday morning in St. Macartan's Cathedral with burial afterwards in Calvary Cemetery, Latlurcan.
