The death has occurred of
Mary Olupona
OLUPONA (Pairc Thiar, The Miles, Clonakilty): On February 16th 2026, peacefully at Cork University Hospital. MARY (née Foley), beloved mother of Omike, Laviecoda, Karima and Ahmeed, daughter of Catherine and the late Michael (Beanhill). Sadly missed by her loving children, mother, sister Sarah, nieces and nephews; Sheraz, Naseer, Jasalyn, Sadia and Aaliyah, uncles especially Jamesie, aunts, relatives, friends and neighbours.
Reposing at her residence, 12 Pairc Thiar, Clonakilty (P85 HK37) on Friday, February 20th 2026 from 4pm to 6pm followed by Prayers. Requiem Mass on Saturday, February 21st 2026 at 12 noon in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Clonakilty. This will be livestreamed here. Funeral afterwards to St. Mary’s Cemetery, Clonakilty.
