Mary O'Regan Lucey
On July 24th 2023, peacefully at her home, in Drinagh West, surrounded by her loving family, after an illness bravely borne with great courage and dignity. Mary, beloved life long partner of Diarmuid, mother of Jack, Julie and Hannah, grandmother of her two adored grandchildren Rhea and Zara. Sadly missed by her loving family, sisters Ann and Catherine, brothers Bob, Timmy, Dan, Johnny, Paddy, Jimmy, Peadar, Denis and the late Noel, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, Jack’s wife Lea, Julie's fiancé Harry, Hannah’s boyfriend Ciarán, nephews, nieces, relatives, her colleagues in Clonakilty Community Hospital and a large circle of friends.
Rest In Peace
Lying in repose at Doolan's Funeral Home, Drinagh, on Wednesday, July 26th, with visitation from 6pm to 8pm followed by prayers. Requiem Mass on Thursday, July 27th, at 2.30pm in The Sacred Heart Church, Drinagh, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the GB Oncology Ward Cork University Hospital.
