The death has occurred of
Mary OWENS
Mary Owens of Rathangan, Co. Kildare, passed away peacefully on Friday, 26th November 2021, in St. Brigid's Hospice, Co. Kildare, surrounded by her beloved family. Mary will be greatly missed by her daughters Judith and Alison, her wife Rita and all her relatives and friends.
The family would like to thank the wonderful staff in the Hollywood Ward of St. James' Hospital, Dublin and St. Brigid's Hospice, The Curragh, for their excellent care over the last few months.
Mary has gifted her remains to the Royal College of Surgeons. Due to restrictions on numbers, there will be a small private gathering to celebrate Mary's life on Thursday, 2nd December, for close family and friends. Thank you for your understanding.
No flowers. If desired, donations can be made to the Irish Cancer Society, Irish Hospice Foundation or Focus Ireland.
