MARY P MORIARTY

The death has occurred of Mary P. Moriarty, Main Street, Ballylongford, Co.Kerry. Mary died unexpectedly, but peacefully, on Friday May 29th 2020, surrounded by her loving family, in the tender care of the most wonderful staff of the Coronary Care Unit at University Hospital Kerry. She is pre-deceased by her loving parents, her sister Margaret and brother-in law John. Mary is sadly missed by her loving family, her son  Robert Edmonds, daughter-in-law Triona, granddaughter Tamara, grandson Cody, brothers Mossie and Donie, sisters Liz and Nora, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, family relatives, kind and good neighbours and large circle of friends.

A private family funeral will take place on Monday, 1st June, with Funeral Mass at 2pm in St. Michael the Archangel Church, Ballylongford, followed immediately by Private Cremation at Shannon Creamatorium, Shannon Co. Clare. 

Please note: Due to the Coronavirus, Mary's Funeral Mass and attendance at the Crematorium Ceremony is strictly restricted to family members only, please. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral, but due to current restrictions cannot do so, can leave your personal message of condolence for the family by clicking on the section below marked “Condolences” at the bottom left hand side of this page.

People who wish to show their respects by means of a guard of honour, between Funeral Home & Church or afterwards from Church to the Corner, can do so, but must strictly observe social distancing rules of 2 meters, please. A Memorial Mass to celebrate Mary’s life will be celebrated at a later date. Thank you.
