Mary Philomena BURKE
(née Comber)
BURKE Mary Philomena (née Comber) (latterly of Silverstream Nursing Home, Duleek and formerly of St Mary’s Villas, Drogheda, Castle House, Legavoureen, Drogheda, Co Louth and Ennistymon, Co Clare). August 27th 2024. Peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Predeceased by her eldest son Tom Jr., grandson Daniel and her siblings Frank and Michael. Beloved wife of 58 years to Tom and mother to Michael, Aidan, Edmund, Eileen and Malcolm. Sadly missed by her husband, children, grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family and friends.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at Gerrard’s Church, Mary St, (A92 CY24) on Thursday evening from 5pm until 7.30pm. Funeral Mass on Friday at 11am in St Mary’s Church, James St, can be viewed at www.stmarysdrogheda.ie. Burial afterwards in Calvary Cemetery.
