Mary Rigney
(née Coughlan)

Mary Rigney (nee Coughlan), Park, Banagher, Co. Offaly, died peacefully, on the 9th October, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband John, parents Stephen and Margaret-Ann, siblings Kathleen, John, Bridget, Bill, Margaret and Stephen. Mary will be deeply missed by her loving daughters Mary and Margaret, son Seán, sons-in-law Brendan and Tom, daughter-in-law Anne-Marie, grandchildren Brendan, Vanessa, Laura, Leo, Kevin, Brian, David, Shane, great grandchildren Mia, Henry and Toby. Mary will be sadly missed by her dear sisters Rosie and Úna, and all her relatives and wide circle of friends.

Mary’s funeral will take place at 11am on Monday, 11th October, in St. Rynagh’s Church, Banagher, followed by burial afterwards in St. Rynagh’s Cemetery. House private, please. Family flowers only, please. St. Rynagh’s parish church broadcast all funerals live on www.cloghanbanagherparish.ie and on Church Radio 106.6 FM.

Mary’s family would like to thank you for your support and understanding at this difficult time. The family will arrange a memorial Mass in the future for all your intentions.  

Due to Covid-19 strict Protocols are in place. Churches are limited as to the number of persons in attendance at funerals, with no shaking of hands or physical contact of any kind.
