The death has occurred of
Mary Scanlon
Mary Scanlon formerly of Tenekilla, Ballyhahill and late of 8 Corbry Estate, Glin, Co. Limerick passed away peacefully on the 14th January 2026 in the loving care of the staff of Camilla Ward St. Ita's Nursing Home, Newcastlewest, Co. Limerick. Mary is predeceased by her parents Maurice and Catherine Mary Scanlon and her sister Joan. Mary will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her cousin PJ Nolan and family, Moyvane, Co Kerry, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.

Reposing in The Church of the Visitation, Ballyhahill (eircode V94 HN36) on Friday 16th January from 5.00 pm - 6.30 pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 17th January at 1.00 pm in The Church of the Visitation, Ballyhahill and Mary will be laid to rest in Kilfergus Cemetery, Glin.
