Mary Stack, nee O’Sullivan, of Ballinprior, Ardfert and formerly of Baltygarron, The Spá, Tralee, Co. Kerry, died peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family and close friends on 2nd June 2024, in her 89th year.

Predeceased by her husband Patrick (Patie), her son Thomas, parents Michael & Hannah Mary, brothers Jimmy, Paddy, Sean, Micheál, Tommy, Martin, Mons. Jeremiah, Brendan, Florry & Eamonn, her sisters Bridget (Brown), Joan, Sr. Maria Goretti (Ann) and her nephews Jeremiah (Los Angeles) & David (Dublin).

Sadly missed by her loving family, her sons & daughters Maura (Walsh), Joan (Harmon), Helen (Stapleton), Breeda (Curran), Lillie (O’Sullivan), Ann (Flynn), Paddy, Catherine (Godley), Maggie and Noreen (Lovett), her brother Liam (Kildare), sons-in-law Mark, Tim, Paddy, John, Tom, Paul, Tom, Francis (Maunsell) & Xavier, her fourteen cherished grandchildren Marcus, Brighíd-Íde; Páidí; Seán, Thomas, Tríona; Patrick; Jack, Eleanor, Evelyn; David, Tomás; Morrigan; & Garrett; her sisters-in-law Nancy & Kathleen, nephews, nieces, extended family, her wonderful neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee on Wednesday (5th June) from 5 to 8 pm. Funeral arriving to St. Brendan’s Church, Ardfert, from her home in Ballinprior, on Thursday morning at 11.30 am where the Requiem Mass for Mary will be celebrated at 12 noon (streamed on https://churchmedia.tv/st-brendans-church-1). Interment afterwards in the Abbey Cemetery, Ardfert.
