The death has occurred of
Mary Teresa GLYNN
(née Horkan)
28th March 2023, peacefully at home, 23 Clooney Park West, Derry, formerly of Rathdown Park, Terenure, Dublin, beloved wife of the late Gerard Joseph, loving mother of Gerard and dear sister of Della.
Her remains will be removed from W J O’Brien & Son’s Funeral Home, 110 Clooney Road, Eglinton, Derry on Wednesday at 5 pm to St Columb’s Church, Chapel Road. Family and friends are welcome to pay their respects and meet the family in the adjacent church hall for refreshments between 6 – 9 pm. Mary’s funeral Mass will be celebrated there on Thursday at 10 am.
She will later repose in Fanagan’s Funeral Home, 92 Lower Kimmage, Dublin on Thursday (30 March) from 6 -7.30 pm. Removal on Friday morning to St Joseph's Church, Terenure, Dublin arriving at 9.45 am from Requiem Mass at 10 am which may be viewed on the parish webcam. Interment afterwards in Glasnevin Cemetery.
