Theresa died on August 4th 2024, peacefully with her family, in the Loving and Exceptional Care of the Staff of the Laurel Suite at Birr Community Nursing Unit in her 97th year. She was fondly known as Teasie, and was predeceased by her beloved husband Denis, parents, Jack and Ellen Dunican and daughter-in-law Anne.

Teasie will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her loving family, daughters, Carmel Finneran, Mary Temple, Esther Finneran, Phyllis Bruen, Angela Hogan and Breege Kennedy, sons, Vincent, Tony and Joe, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law, Sr. Phyllis and Maggie May, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Grant Teasie Eternal Rest and Peace

Reposing at Teach Lea, Leabeg, Boora (R35 DA50) on Tuesday evening (Aug.6th) from 4pm until Removal at 6.30pm to St. Oliver Plunkett Church, Boora arriving at 7pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday (Aug. 7th) at 11am. Interment afterwards in High Street Cemetery.
