The death has occurred of Mary Travis (nee White) New Hampshire, USA and formerly Cloonakilla, Bealnamulla, Athlone. Mary, in her 87th year passed peacefully on Wednesday, November 22nd, after a brief illness. She is predeceased by her beloved husband Sherman, father Bernard, mother Margaret and her brother Tommy. Mary will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by her sisters Margaret (Cloonakilla, Athlone) and Kathleen O'Dea (Kinnity), her nephews John, Bernard and Pearse, her wonderful friend Melissa, her pastor Rev. Micheal R. Denney and her many neighbours and friends and extended family.
Graveside Funeral Service took place in New Hampshire, USA on Thursday, 29th November. Mass will be offered in remembrance of Mary in St. Peter & Paul's Church, Athlone at a later date.
