Weston Park, Dundrum, Dublin 14, peacefully in her sleep in Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross, Dublin surrounded by her family; under the professional, compassionate and tender care of the staff.
Predeceased by her husband Patrick (Paddy), her sisters Peggy, Anne and Joan, her brother Michael, her niece Mary and her brothers-in-law Jim and Charlie. Will be sadly and dearly missed by her sons John and Damien, daughter-in-law Aoife, brother Patrick, brother-in-law Charlie, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, friends and neighbours and all who knew her.
Reposing at home in Weston Park on Sunday (1 June) from 4pm to 6pm. Requiem Mass will be at 10.30am on Monday (2 June) in Holy Cross Church, Dundrum, Dublin 14 (which can be viewed live on this link https://www.dundrumparish.com/webcam/). Reposing in Quill's Funeral Home, Kilgarvan on Monday evening (2 June) from 6pm to 7pm. Burial on Tuesday afternoon (3 June) at 2pm in the cemetery in Kilgarvan, Co. Kerry.
As well as the staff of Our Lady's Hospice, Harold’s Cross, the family wish to pay a sincere thanks to the medical staff of St. Vincent’s University Hospital who looked after Mary. Additionally, we thank the staff of Kilmacud Medical Centre and the HSE Ballinteer for their dedicated care and attention.
