Passed away peacefully at her daughter Ann's residence, 34 Lakeshore Drive, Castlebar, Co. Mayo (6th of December 2018). Predeceased by her beloved husband Paul, son J.J and grandson Shaun. Deeply regretted by her loving daughters Geraldine Tyrrell (Lucan), Helen Murphy (Castlebar), Ann O'Neill (Castlebar), sons Michael Vahey (Bridgemount, Belcarra) and Martin Vahey (Balla), sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brother, sisters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. Rest In Peace. Reposing at Balla Funeral Home on Saturday 8th of December from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Private removal from her daughter's residence Sunday morning 9th of December to Our Lady Queen of Peace and St. Gerald Church, Mayo Abbey, for Requiem Mass at 12p.m. followed by burial in the local cemetery.
