Matt O Sullivan

Matthias, better known as Matt, O Sullivan, has passed away peacefully at his home in Ardbear Clifden, surrounded by his heartbroken wife Eileen, his much adored children, Aveline, Damian, Ronan, Sinéad, Sorcha and John, his twelve grandchildren, Isabelle, Finn, Juliette, Ashlynn, Matthew, Jack , Luke, Róise, Sorcha, Patrick, Thomas, and Caelan, his sons-in-law Denis, John P and Alan and daughters-in-laws Cliodhna, and Robynn , his siblings John, Michael, Sr.Anne and Sheila, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Matthias is predeceased by his parents John Andrew and Sarah Anne, his parents-in-law, John and Mary Sweeney, his sister Sr.Damian (Mary), and brother Patrick, his nephews Aonghus and baby Joseph and many in laws, as well as a wonderful circle of friends with whom he will reunite and watch Connemara rugby beyond the Pearly Gates.

May his kind and gentle soul Rest In Peace.

Reposing in the funeral home of the Church of the Holy Family, Ballyconneely (H71KV05) on Thursday, August 21st from 4pm until 8pm. Funeral Mass for Matt at St. Joseph's Church, Clifden (H71NT26) on Friday, August 22nd at 11am followed by burial to Ardbear Cemetery.
