Matthew Gardiner

Gardiner (Togher, Cork), on November 17th 2024, unexpectedly at Cork University Hospital; Matthew, beloved son of the late Matt and the recently deceased Dolores (née O’ Leary), much loved father of Ian and Rebecca and dearest brother of Mary, Eileen and Tony. Sadly missed by his heartbroken son, daughter, sisters, brother, nephews Jamie, Oisín and Tommy, nieces Rachel, Aoife, Charlotte and Fiadh, grand-nephew Liam, grand-niece Rosie, aunts, brothers-in-law Tom and Thomas, sister-in-law Annmarie, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Visitation at O’ Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Wednesday November 20th from 5.00pm to 6.00pm, with prayers at 5.45pm. Requiem Mass in The North Cathedral on Thursday November 21st at 10.00am, which will be live-streamed on https://www.churchservices.tv/corkcathedral Cremation Service afterwards at The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy.
