Matthew (Matt) CARPENTER, Ardilaun Green, Mullingar, formerly of Parnell Road, Dublin 8, January 7, 2025 - (peacefully) accompanied by his loving family in the tender care of the nurses and staff at the Hermitage Clinic, Lucan; pre-deceased by his parents Felix and Katherine, his infant daughter Margaret Monica, sisters Betty, Maureen, Kay and Claire, brothers Felix, John and Paddy. Matt will be dearly missed and always remembered by his beloved, heartbroken wife Mary and his adored daughter Orla, sister-in-law Molly, brother-in-law Ted, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and wide circle of friends.

Reposing will take place at his residence on Thursday January 9, from 3.00 o'c. concluding with prayers at 6.30 o'c. House private thereafter please. Funeral Mass on Friday morning at 11.00 o'c. in the Cathedral of Christ the King, Mullingar, followed by burial in Ballyglass Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the 1428 Club, Harbour St., Mullingar.
