The death has occurred of
Matthew (Matt) Clarke
Matthew (Matt) Clarke, “The Woods”, Rathdrum, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Cabinteely, Dublin and Cullentra, Oldcastle, Co. Meath. 13th February 2024, peacefully in the excellent care of the staff at The Beacon Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Sadly missed by his loving wife Cora, daughter Gráinne, son-in-law Joe, his adored grandchildren Luke, Darragh and Mollie, brother Peadar, sisters Nancy (Sisters of Mercy, Galway), Mary-Teresa, Rose and Margaret, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, “adopted” daughter Polly, relatives and a wide circle of friends.
Rest in peace
Reposing at his home (A67 AN23) on Friday, 16th February, from 3pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11am in St. Mary and St. Michael’s Church, Rathdrum (A67 Y466) followed by burial in Rathdrum Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to Rathdrum Cancer Support .
