Matthew (Matt) McCORMACK
McCORMACK (Coolock and late of Rathbeale Road, Swords) — April 7. 2014 (peacefully), surrounded by his loving family, in Beaumont Hospital, Matthew (Matt) (late of Raheny Garda Station), beloved husband of Phyllis and loving father of Matthew, Mark, Anna, Marian, Niamh and the late Rachel; very sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law Jamie, Nick and Declan, daughters-in-Iaw Sharon and Bernie, grandchildren, brother, sister, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Rest in peace
Reposing at his home tomorrow, Tuesday, from 6pm to 8pm. Family and friends welcome. Removal from his home on Wednesday morning to St. Joseph's Church, Greencastle Road, Coolock arriving for Mass at 12 noon. Funeral immediately afterwards to Swords Cemetery (St. Colmcille's Churchyard).
