Matthew (Matt) Murphy
MURPHY (Cork) On March 6th 2024 peacefully surrounded by his loving family and in the tender and loving care of the staff at the Mercy University Hospital, MATTHEW (MATT), Carbery Grove, Knocknaheeny, formerly Courtown Park, Knocknaheeny; loving husband of Caroline and fantastic father to Gemma, Darren, Stephanie and Chloë, brother of Stephen, Dolores, Joe and Derek. Deeply regretted and sadly mourned by his darling wife and family, grandchild Kylie-Bleu, daughter-in-law Catherine, son-in-law Patrick, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Visitation at O'Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Sunday, March 10th, from 4pm - 5pm with Prayers at 4.45pm. Requiem Mass on Monday, March 11th, at 12 noon at St. Mary's on the Hill Church, Knocknaheeny. Cremation afterwards at The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy.
