Matthew (Mattie) Shiel
Formerly of Carrentample, Gurteen, Co. Sligo and Manchester, England.
Peacefully at Naas Hospital surrounded by his loving family . Sadly missed by his loving wife Mary, daughters Catherine and Bernadette, sons-in-law John and Steve, grandsons Shane and Greg, sister Margaret, brothers and sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May Mattie Rest in Peace.
Reposing at Glennons Funeral Home, 32 Main Street, Newbridge on Sunday from 5pm with rosary at 7pm. Removal on Monday morning to arrive at Cill Mhuire Church, Newbridge, for Requiem Mass at 10am. Burial afterwards in St. Conleth's Cemetery, Newbridge. Mattie's funeral will be live-streamed on: https://newbridgeparish.ie/cill-mhuire-church
