Whelan, Matthew Noel, (retired Garda) of Gardenhill, Castleconnell Co. Limerick eircode V94 Y2DD and formerly of Listowel, Co.Kerry who passed away peacefully at Milford Hospice on 26th October 2018
Predeceased by grandsons Séan and Kevin, deeply regretted and sadly missed by loving and devoted wife Eileen, son Eamon, daughters Siobhán Kennedy (Birdhill), Eileen Malone (Dublin) ,Eithne Mullen (Dublin), brothers Michael and John , sister Breda, daughter in law Mairéad, sons in law Paraic, Michael and Michael, grandchildren Oran, Aoife ,Dara, Oscar, Ailín, Oisín and Ultan, sister in law, brothers in law, nieces,. nephews, relatives and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Meehan's Funeral Home, Castleconnell on Sunday 28th October from 4.30pm with removal at 6.30pm to Castleconnell Church. Requiem Mass on Monday 29th October at 11.30 am with burial in Rockvale Cemetery, Newport, Co. Tipperary.
